1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Be in the original packaging.
- Have the receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Time Frame for Returns
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the original purchase date.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Please note that certain items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
4. Process for Returns
- To initiate a return, please email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
- Once your return is approved, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
- Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
5. Responsibility for Return Shipping Costs
- The buyer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
6. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain number of days.
7. Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email us immediately with a photo of the product to [email protected] We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
